Cathy Pegau is a self-proclaimed science geek not because she knows a lot about science, but because everything from quarks to the environment to the possibility of extraterrestrial life fascinates her. Her love of reading science fiction and fantasy began early; the foray into romance came much later. When she decided to write, it seemed only natural to combine the genres she enjoyed. Her debut novel from Carina Press, Rulebreaker, is a F/F science fiction romance.
